Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Treatments are by appointment only. Booking in advance ensures we can prepare the space just for you. You can book directly via Fresha.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Come as you are. For massage treatments, you’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level. You’ll always be respectfully draped, and your comfort is our priority.

I’m pregnant. Can I still book a treatment?

Absolutely. We offer specialised pregnancy massage from the second trimester onward. Please mention your pregnancy when booking so we can tailor the session safely.

Do you use natural products?

Yes. We use pregnancy-safe, cruelty-free, and mostly Korean-inspired skincare. Our signature range of oils and aromatherapy are selected with care and intention.

Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin?


Yes. All facials and massages are customisable. Please share any concerns or sensitivities in your intake form or when you arrive so we can adapt accordingly.

Can I buy any of the products you use?

Yes. You’ll find a curated selection of candles, skincare, and healing tools like gua sha stones and smudge boxes available in-studio and online.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, all major cards are accepted, as well as mobile payments. However, we do not accept cash.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. There’s a small waiting area where one person can sit comfortably during your treatment. Well-behaved small and medium dogs are also welcome 🐾

Will I be featured on social media?

Only if you consent. We occasionally capture moments for social media or reviews—but only with your clear permission.
